    The ultra-flexible tripod easily wraps around a post, tree branch, railing or balcony rail. Owing to its ball joints, it is simple to adapt to any surface. What’s more, the tilting smartphone holder means you can shoot from almost any angle.

    For smartphones, cameras, video cameras, GoPros:

    Camera, video camera, GoPro: Can be used with a camera or video camera by screwing it directly onto the base.

    Smartphone: Simply screw the phone holder onto the tripod and grip your smartphone in the holder!

    You can select any of the following delivery methods:

    • Standard delivery: FREE! Standard domestic delivery takes approximately 2 – 5 working days
    • Express delivery: CHF9.00 Express domestic delivery takes 1 -2 working days. Tracking, status and proof of delivery are available.

    We will send you an email confirming despatch immediately once the order has been handed to the couriers. You can also check the order status in My Profile > My orders.

    We do our best to ensure that items you order are delivered to you complete and to specification. However, if your order is incomplete or different from what you ordered, or if there is some other reason why you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the order or any item included in the order for a full refund. Please bear in mind that any item you wish to return should be in its original condition with all accessories present.


    Request a return

    Please let us know if you wish to return an order or items included in an order within 14 days of delivery. Please provide at least the following information:

    • your name,
    • order number,
    • a list of items you wish to return
    • if possible, the reason for your return: not satisfied with the item, item not as described, item damaged, wrong item or other reason.

    Our customer service will send you specific instructions about how to return the package(s). Please do not return the package until you have been sent instructions.

    Return shipment

    When you despatch the return package, please ask for a receipt and keep this safe. iDuck can only start processing your refund once the items have been received at our warehouse. The sooner you send the return, the sooner your refund will be processed. We will let you know by email once the items have been received and are accepted for return

    You are required to meet the costs of return carriage, unless one or more of the items you wish to return was damaged or defective on receipt.

    On the plus side: when you return items, we will refund the original carriage charges paid for delivery.

    Damaged packages

    If you receive a damaged, broken or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible. Please provide at least the following information:

    • your name,
    • order number,
    • description of damaged item(s)
    • mention that the items are damaged.

    We would normally ask you to return the damaged item Once the package is received, the item will be repaired or replaced and sent to you. If it is not possible to replace the item, or if you want to cancel the order completely, please let us know and the cost of that item will be refunded to you in full.

    If you find that the outer packaging for your order is obviously damaged on delivery, and you are worried that the items inside may also be damaged, you can refuse to accept delivery and notify us. The replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible but not before we receive the package back.
